      About the job

      We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.


      Job Summary:


      The Product Manager will own his assigned product(s) in the respective region. For Service Delivery Managers and Sales across the region he will be the contact person for product questions and to assess the fit of customer requirements.


      The Product Manager will take full ownership of his products and will ensure that he is always up to date on the latest development and versions. He is maintaining a close relationship to development or his partner counterparts to stay informed, but as well to get the ability to give feedback on the products and influence future development and feature set.


      He assesses market competition by comparing his assigned product to competitors' products.


      The Product Manager is a point for escalation for the Support Team and other Service Delivery Managers to assist with difficult or complex cases.


      He is a partner for the Sales teams and assists in solution scoping as well as customer presentations.


      For large projects he assumes responsibility for solution delivery and oversees the planning, delivery, development and training process until project closure.


      He works closely with the development teams to enhance his product and to connect to relevant third party solutions.


      The Product Manager is an active ambassador for his product. He supports and educates all sales teams to be confident and successful in selling his products.


      General Duties and Responsibilities:


      -Take ownership of assigned products including, but not limited to:

      • Version releases
      • Legal Compliance
      • Interoperability with other products
      • Actively work to enhance the product success

      -Act as the single point of contact in relation to the product in the region.

      -Actively work to assist local offices in building Product Implementation & Support technical teams and making sure that their Product related service delivery expertise is always up to date.

      -Actively work with HRS Academy to create Product related content for presentations, webinars etc.

      -Manage large projects in relation to implementation of his assigned products

      -Develop and maintain necessary product documentation

      -Develop and teach required installation and maintenance skills

      -Responsible for organizing product trainings and bootcamps for internal and external customers.

      -Create version release criteria and test procedures

      -Coordinate projects with Data Centre team Actively work to assist local offices in delivering correct product to customers on site

      -Make sure to be up to date with all products in its development path

      -Maintain close relationship with partner product management and development where possible

      -Actively support sales in selling opportunities for all products when in interaction with customer

      -Present the product(s) at public events such as trade shows or internal customer events
