      About the role


      You will join our growing global service delivery team implementing and offering support on the HRS-wide portfolio of products to hospitality-related companies across the Adriatic region. Providing support on the OPERA suite of products. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, customer oriented, passionate about digital transformation within the hospitality industry through innovative technologies and software.




      • Participation in support/implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across the region.
      • Handle customer cases, triage the inbound case load and reviewing the existing owned and escalated cases.
      • Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available.
      • Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development.
      • Work with the support/implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
      • Conduct user training.
      • Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by management.




      • Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, configuration and training of Hospitality PMS products.
      • Experience of working with competitive hospitality products including PMS.
      • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
      • Open to travel.




      • Candidate should be located in Kosovo, Slovenia, Croatia or Bosnia and should be open to travel.




      • Fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken.
