About the role
You will join our growing global service delivery team implementing and offering support on the HRS-wide portfolio of products to hospitality-related companies in Adriatic. Implementing and providing support on the POS products as well as HRS’s products. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, customer oriented, passionate about digital transformation within the hospitality industry through innovative technologies and software.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participation in support/implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across the region
- Handle customer cases, triage the inbound case load and reviewing the existing owned and escalated cases
- Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available
- Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development
- Work with the support/implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded
- Conduct user training
- Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by management
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the support or installation & configuration of Hospitality POS products, together with the associated customer training.
- Experience of working with competitive hospitality products including POS systems; management experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
- Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
- Free to travel.

- Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken
