      Your responsibilities:

      • Strategize and implement sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets across North America.
      • Grow, inspire, and guide our sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
      • Develop lasting relationships with key clients, enhancing their loyalty and satisfaction with HRS’s technology solutions.
      • Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the hospitality technology sector to identify growth opportunities.
      • Ensure sales strategies align with HRS's overall mission and values, promoting innovative solutions in hospitality technology.
      • Represent HRS at industry events and conferences, positioning us as leaders in hospitality technology.


      Your record:

      • Demonstrable experience in a senior sales leadership role, explicitly focusing on hospitality technology sales.
      • An MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, sales, or a related field.
      • Exceptional leadership skills that motivate a sales team towards achieving outstanding results in the hospitality technology market.
      • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
      • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a thorough understanding of the North American hospitality technology market.
      • A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality technology sector.
